The 430 is so much sharper, more muscley, more modern, and the 360 looks like a 1990s frog. Yes, not even a modern frog. The driving experience is also night and day. 430 is a level jump over 360. I have an '08 F430 (BTWit's red/tan) and an '09 430 Scuderia, both with F1's. I have not had a single issue with either. I have a friend with an '05 F430 who had an issue, but it was resolved by way of a quick clutch adjustment by the local Ferrari dealer and he was back on the road in no time at all. No parts, 100% minor labor/adjustment issue.
